Victoria co-leads Germane Advisory. Victoria thrives when solving cross-disciplinary issues at the intersection of data, cyber security and governance. She has worked across a range of sectors, including higher education, health, financial services, utilities and critical infrastructure, specialising in complex regulatory and transformation environments. She is highly experienced in executive risk communication, regulatory compliance, internal audit, large-scale transformation programs and translating highly technical risk into actionable and clear decision frameworks.

- Cyber, privacy, data and AI strategy, roadmap and operating model development, target state design and implementation
- Control design and operating effectiveness assessment across a wide range of comprehensive cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001 ISMS, NIST CSF, PSPF and state and territory government policies and standards
