Why Germane?

At Germane, we have the privilege of confronting some of the most significant and meaningful challenges that our community will face in the next decade. We share the rewards of our work and prioritise people as our most important asset - and structure our investments in you accordingly.

We're building a high-quality team of people who share our desire to make a difference and want to learn from each other. We offer a focused experience with limited administrative overhead. We're agile and lacking in valueless red tape, so the barriers to making change are low.

We’re focused on providing a great tech-enabled productivity experience to make it easier to focus on your craft. You’ll be able to access emerging tools and experiment with AI capabilities, ensuring you’re developing skills that keep pace with rapidly evolving tech.

We believe continuous training and professional development are essential for successful consultants. We will support investment in formal certifications, conference participation and cyber sector engagement through our learning and development budget. We also offer an annual wellness benefit.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and is invested in their career. Each engagement is different, and the work you do won’t be restricted to a single industry or narrow capability. We will ask you to make an impact by applying your passion for the subject matter, skills and experience to problems you know, and those you don’t. You’ll need to be comfortable with uncertainty, and tackling problems that don’t always have a defined solution.
