Senior Consultant

Senior Consultants at Germane provide expert advice on topics within our service areas. This role makes a difference for our clients and helps grow Germane Advisory's capabilities and impact on our clients and the community. This role is best suited for people with 2-6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess client cyber security, privacy, crisis management, or data/AI governance needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Directly support clients through delivering our service offerings.
• Develop internal capability, service offerings, accelerators, and other IP to aid Germane Advisory in its support of clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and threats in cyber security, privacy, crisis management, or data/AI governance.
• Prepare high quality reports and recommendations for clients.
• Participate in research and knowledge sharing internally and externally.

Selection Criteria

1. Two or more years active work experience in a full time cyber security, privacy, or data/AI governance roles.
2. Proactivity and engagement with your capability community.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
4. Ability to collaborate and work with others of different skillsets.
5. Strong analytical and reasoning capability.
6. Ability to work independently and meaningfully contribute to multiple projects.
7. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP, SANS, CSP certifications etc.).
